CHAPTER MEETING HOSTESSES
2006-2007 |
Reminders: Members shall serve as hostesses in
alphabetical order. If for any reason a hostess finds it inconvenient to take her meeting at the scheduled time, she
shall be responsible for the necessary arrangements after she has conferred with the President (Chapter
Bylaws-Article IV, Section 2.)
After a new member has been in the club for one year, she shall
host a meeting in alphabetical order at the beginning of the ensuing year (Chapter Bylaws - Article IV,
Section 3). Members will pay the hostess the cost of the meal if they do
not notify the hostess of non-attendance by the deadline date (Chapter Bylaws - Article IV, Section 4). |
