Presidents Message- Patricia H. Fisher, Ph. D.
Dear Friends:
It is an honor and privilege
to bring you greetings on behalf of the Portsmouth
Chapter, The Links, Incorporated. I welcome
you in the spirit of love to
our 2006 Biennial Lecture Luncheon.
As I reflect on our National
theme, "Touching Tommorrow Today,,"
I am reminded of the tremendous responsibility
and opporunity we have to impact the lives of
those in the community who need our aid. Through
involvement in our program facets: The Arts,
International Trends and Services, National Trends
and Services, and Services to Youth, we are
propelled to promote educational, civic, and
intercultural activities in the City of Portsmouth.
Sincerly,
Patricia H. Fisher, Ph.D.
