Dear Friends:

It is an honor and privilege to bring you greetings on behalf of the Portsmouth Chapter, The Links, Incorporated. I welcome you in the spirit of love to our 2006 Biennial Lecture Luncheon.

As I reflect on our National theme, "Touching Tommorrow Today,," I am reminded of the tremendous responsibility and opporunity we have to impact the lives of those in the community who need our aid. Through involvement in our program facets: The Arts, International Trends and Services, National Trends and Services, and Services to Youth, we are propelled to promote educational, civic, and intercultural activities in the City of Portsmouth.

Sincerly,
